Cancellation Policy

At Cole Educational Consulting and Behavior Support, each service is designed to provide thoughtful, individualized guidance that supports families and educators in navigating educational and behavioral planning with confidence. To ensure the highest quality experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all consultations, reviews and support packages. Scheduling and Availability: All services are scheduled by appointment only. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Clients are encouraged to book in advance when preparing for school meetings, evaluations, or time-sensitive educational decisions. Payment Policy: Full payment is required prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Services are not confirmed until payment has been received. For on-going support packages, monthly retainers are due at the beginning of each service period. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeiture of the scheduled session. Emergency exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund Policy: Due to the time, expertise, and preparation involved in consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once service delivery has begun. If a service has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed at discretion. You respect my time, I will respect yours. Scope of Services: Services are educational and consultative in nature, intended to provide guidance, advocacy preparation and strategic support. These services do not replace legal counsel, licensed therapy, medical advice, clinical diagnosis or school-based programming. No guarantee can be made regarding school decisions, service changes or educational outcomes. HOWEVER - I can personally guarantee to have you as prepared as possible to successfully navigate whatever the outcome may be. Follow-Up Sessions: Included follow-up sessions must be used within the designated timeframe outlined in each package and/or service unless otherwise stated. Unused follow-up sessions do not roll over beyond their intended service period.
